Rental System and Procedures

There are six types of rooms in Fujimi House:

1.Apartment
2.Guest House
3.Shared Room
4.Premium Apartment
5.House
6.Office Room

• 1Apartment

  You have a total personal living space including bedroom, living room, bathroom, toilet and so on.Gender is not limited for this type of accomodation.
  Tenants may be one or more, however the number is required to be specified and monthly rent will be different.Please contact Fujimi House staff first if you move in with children.

• 2Guest House

  Guest house is a partially shared accommodation. You will have a private bedroom with locks while sharing the living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with other people.
  There are three types of rooms: Female room / Male room / Not limited Tenants may be one or more, however the number is required to be specified and monthly rent will be different.
  We don’t suggest that you move in a Guest House with children and share it with other tenants.Please contact Fujimi House staff first if you move in with children.

• 3Shared Room

  You couldn’t choose who would be your roommate. But if you would like to live with someone you know please contact us first.
  2˜3 people share a bedroom and share common area as well as living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with other tenants.

• 4Premium Apartment

  Premium apartment refers to luxury apartment. You have a total personal living space including bedroom, living room, bathroom, toilet and so on.Gender is not limited for this type of accomodation.
  Tenants may be one or more, however the number is required to be specified. Monthly rent will be the same.It is no problem if you move in with your children.

• 5House

  The whole premise is expected to be used by 1 or more tenants.You have a total personal living space including bedroom, living room, bathroom, toilet and so on.
  Gender is not limited for this type of ccomodation.Tenants may be one or more, however the number is required to be specified. Monthly rent will be the same.It is no problem if you move in with your children.

• 6Office Room (for business use)

  We offer a private room for business use at the center of the downtown Tokyo area.
  It is available at very reasonable cost with the initial expense of deposit to use an independent space for business.
  It is located close to the Shibuya station of the Yamanote Line.
  It is an ideal location for business as it stands at the center of Tokyo.A meeting space is provided in a common area of a floor.
  The Internet access fee is included in a rent.Each room is equipped with an individual door lock to secure a private space for a tenant.A Lighting equipment, an air-conditioner, a clothing furniture, a desk and a chair are fully provided in a room.
