2Furnished room with personal tableware
Every room is furnished and provided with home electric appliances and furnitures such as tv/tv table, fridge, microwave, table, bed etc is already provided in every room.
(※In a case of guest houses, those items are provided only in common places)
While the initial cost is saved greatly, a new chapter of life can start easily.
There is no worry on moving into a new room.Much less trouble of the moving. The moving expense can be reduced as you don’t need to buy a set of new furnitures.
3The minimum contract term is one month.
The contract term is from one month！ You can save your living cost as you can move out anytime you would like if you stay longer than one month.
For the move out, please notify us 21days prior to your move-out date.
4There is no other cost besides the rent.
Electricity, gas, water supply and Internet service are included in the rent. It is simple and easy as the rent is the only cost to be paid.
※The cost of electricity, gas and water supply is included up to JPY10,000.
