1Confirmation of contract status
You can confirm your contact status.
The cofirmation status are categorized into 4 stages: 「the deposit already paid」, 「Staying」 You are already staying in a room, 「Plan to move out」 You filed a move-out notice, 「Moved out」 You moved out already.
From this page, it is possible to check a next rent and submit a move-out notice as well.
If you have already stayed in a room of Fujimi House before, you can check description of the rooms you stayed.
2Check a next rent and make a payment
You can check a next rent.
You can check a period for a next rent according to your move-in date. The recent payment details and the due dates are available Therefore you can prevent payment from slipping it off your mind.
For a payment, three methods are available: Cash(Please bring the cash to our head office), Bank transfer and Credit card(VISA / MASTER / JCB).
If you stay longer than one month, please make a payment of a next month rent by the last day of the current rent period.
( Example : If you sign a contract on 5/January, the staying period ends on 4/Februay. The next month rent should be paid by 4/February)
※If you don’t submit a move-out notice, the contract will be updated in a monthly basis automatically.
If you want to use a credit card payment, it can be completed through this page. If you click on the “payment” , the registered credit card information will be displayed.
Please check your credit card information and the amount to be paid first. Then, compete the payment by clicking on the ” payment “.
3Submit a move-out notice
You can submit a move-out notice.
Please write move-out date and time and a name of resident and how to pay the final rent.
The move-out notice must be submitted 21 days prior to your move-out date.
(Example : If you are to move out on 5/Feburary, the move-out notice must be submitted by 15/Februay.)
On the move-out day, a staff of Fujimi House visits your room to refund a part of the deposit and collect a room key.
If there is no damage or missing items in a room after the Fujimi House staff checks a room on a move-out day, the amount after deducting JPY10,000 per person from the deposit is refunded by cash.
4Confirm your profile information
You can check the information of your profile.
The information registered can not be modified by a user once a user registration is completed. Please double check the information you input at the user registration.
If you need to modify the registered information, please contact us.
5Change your password
You can change the registered pass.
Please secure your password on your own responsibility.
We recommend to set a password by combination of alphabetical characters and numeric numbers in the half-width characters.
Please donot use a set of letters which could be guess easily by others such as a date of birthdate or a telephone number.
6Register/Modify your credit card
If you want to use a credit card payment, you can register the credit card here.
Only one credit card is allowed toregiser per person. The registered information is saved automatically so that the new entry of the credit card information will be unnecessary.
You can use the following credit cards; VISA / MASTER / JCB .
We recommend you the credit card payment as the hassle caused by the monthly payment procedure will be omitted.
