Fujimi house exchanged the letter of agreement with the University of Tokyo for the enhancement of providing with the housing information service for the international students and the researchers. According to the collaboration agreement, we obey the Security Requirement Aid System and Personal Information Protection Law to provide housing service.

  • The minimum rent period is one month. You can extend the stay as long as you would like after one month. You can decide a length of your stay as you like.
  • No maintenance fee, key money, renewal fee, guarantor or commission.
  • You can move in the same day when you would like to stay if a room is available. Please contact us.
  • A room is fully furnished including air-conditioner, blankets, covers, bed sheets, furnitures, utensils and etc. You can start a new life immediately.
  • A rent includes utility fees(electricity, gas and water) and the Internet access fee. (The utility fees up until JPY10,000 per one person and per one month is included in the rent.)
  • The 3 languages of Japanese, English and Chinese are available to assist you finding a room until signing a contract.
