  Bedrooms are private rooms with locks, but the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared. (Some properties have women-only options.)

  You can reside within the occupancy limit set for each room.

  Please note that children cannot live in the guesthouse.

  Rooms are rented on a per-room basis.

  You will have exclusive use of the bedroom, living room, kitchen, bath, and toilet. There are no gender restrictions for residents or cohabitants.

  You can reside within the occupancy limit set for each room.

  Premium Apartment

  Compared to regular condominiums and apartments, this is a luxury condominium/apartment fully equipped with high-end facilities and furniture.

  Rented per room, you will have exclusive use of the bedroom, living room, kitchen, bath, and toilet.

  There are no gender restrictions for residents or cohabitants.

  You can reside within the occupancy limit set for each room. Rent is set per room.

  There are no restrictions on cohabitation with children, making it a suitable property for families.
