In the reservation form, please enter information related to moving in. If there are multiple residents, enter their details.
To make a reservation, you need to register on My Page.
Once you have chosen a room, please pay the reservation deposit. (If there is no loss or damage upon move-out, part of the deposit will be refunded in cash.)
After confirming the payment, we will contact you. The move-in date should be within one month from the payment date.
Please note that your booking is not finalized until the deposit has been received.
*Kindly understand that the deposit will not be returned if you cancel your booking, even if there are extenuating circumstances.
Please visit our Shibuya headquarters to finalize your contract and pay your first month's rent.
You'll receive your key upon completion, allowing you to move in the same day.
For stays over a month, please pay your rent monthly by the due date in your contract.
※Please bring your passport, residence card (if you have one), and a seal stamp for the contract. We will take copies of these.
You can move in immediately after signing the contract. We will provide a detailed map with directions to the property.
If you have any concerns during your stay, please feel free to contact Fujimi House staff.
When you have decided to move out, please inform us at least 21 days prior to your move out day. (For example: If your move out date is on 5, February. You should inform us your move out date before 15, January.) On the vacating day, we will check the room, you shall be in the room at the designated time and return all keys after checking.
(For example: You sign the contract on 5,January. The expiration date will be 4,February. So you should pay monthly rent before 4,February.)
During move-out , Fujimi House staff will visit to refund deposit and collect keys.
Upon the cancellation, the deposit will be returned after deducting JPY16,500 as normal wear and tear experienced in the room after you have complied with the terms provided in the Lease Agreement.
