Notice of Changes to Reservation Deposit and Depreciation Costs

Effective September 1, 2024, we will be increasing our:

・Reservation Deposit: from 30,000 yen to 40,000 yen.
・Depreciation Cost: from 10,000 yen to 16,500 yen.

These changes are necessary due to recent increases in the costs of supplies, equipment, and the impact of a weaker yen. We understand that any increase in fees can be inconvenient, and we apologize for any disruption this may cause.

What this means for you:

・New Reservations/Contracts: If you sign a new tenancy or contract agreement on or after September 1, 2024, the new fees will apply.
・Website Updates: Our website’s rental system and online booking information will be updated to reflect these changes as soon as possible.
