Procedures:
When you reserve a room, please pay deposit JPY30,000(up to JPY 20,000 is refundable when you move out.)
We will send you a confirmation receipt after we receive the deposit.
*Please move in within 15 days since the availability of the house/room/bed.
Please be reminded that your reservation will only be completed after we receive the deposit. Your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your reservation.
The contract term may not be less than 1 month.

Please pay your first month's rent by VISA/MASTER/ or cash at Fujimi House office during our office hours: 10:00˜19:00, sign up a lease agreement and receive your key at our office on the day you move in.
Your valid passport with a valid visa (One month or longer landing permission also acceptable) is also required. If you have foreigner registration card please bring it with you too. We will make a photocopy of them.

You can move in anytime after you get the key. We will show you how to get to the apartment and give you a map. Please feel free to contact us if you have any problems with your room or any questions.
The lease will be automatically renewed for one more month by the due date of rent unless the move out request notice is not submitted to us or not notified through Fujimi House homepage 21 days in advance.

On the vacating day, we will check the room, you shall be in the room at the designated time and return all keys after checking.
Upon the cancellation, the deposit will be returned after deducting JPY10,000 as normal wear and tear experienced in the room after you have complied with the terms provided in the Lease Agreement.
