Rental Procedures

It summarizes the process flow from reversation of a room to signing a contract.Please read the following part once again.

  • STEP1Registration at My Page

    In order to make a reservation of a room , you’ll need to register at My Page.Click here to register at My Page.When you complete the registration in a new registration form, you will receive an email from Fujimi House.Then, please click on the URL link, a formal registration will be completed. Therefore, please check the email sent by Fujimi House by all means. Please contact us if the mail does not reach you.

  • STEP2Reserve a room

    When you decide a room to reserve, please click on “Reserve”. A reservation form will appear.
    You need to enter items relating with your stay in the reservation form.
    After confirming description of the room to reserve, please fill in a number of persons to stay and a move-in date .
    On a next page, “Resident list” should be filled in according to a number of residents.
    If you are a contractor, the input process is not necessary since your information has been stocked from the user registration.the contractor is the person in question , because there is information that is pre-registered user , input is not required.
    If there are more than one resident to stay, please fill in the information of all residents.
    In addition, please let us know a full name of a card holder If you want to use a credit card of a third person.

  • STEP3Procedure agreement

    A contract is signed at our head office in Shibuya, Tokyo.The contract and a payment of the first month rent will be completed at the head office in Shibuya.When the contract is signed, you can move in on the same day as we hand in a room key to you.

    Please bring in your passport, redidence card and a seal for the contract as we need to phococopy them.( I will copy)

    ※If you are Japanese citizen, please bring in your residence card and your registered seal for the contract as we need to photocopy them.
